Description
Charles Campbell is artist-in-residence at Open Space from January 17 to February 18, followed by an exhibition of his recent work opening on Friday, March 1.
Campbell investigates the nature of time and concepts of the future using sculpture, performance, and painting. His work inhabits the interstices of artistic and political concerns. Transporter began as a visual investigation of the phenomenon of forced migration. While working on the series, Campbell discovered new ways to invoke the interplay between various aspirational futures.
