On Saturday, February 25, Open Space presented an open discussion forum with filmmaker/artist Rick Raxlen and his guests Marilyn Brakhage and Peter Sandmark about the Future of Film.
Starting at 2 p.m., they each made a short presentation of their thoughts on what the future holds for film, particularly as an art form, and then opened it up to general discussion. Marilyn Brakhage followed the discussion with projections of four short films by acclaimed experimental filmmaker Stan Brakhage.
A reception followed at 4:30 p.m. Saturday was closing day of the artist/filmmaker Rick Raxlen's exhibition Introspective?!*√º"ç¥å?!.
