Office hours for drop in visits: January 23 and 24, February 1 and 5, 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

 During her residency, Sally McKay was excited to meet Victoria artists of all stripes. As a visitor to the city, she had eyes and ears open and was looking forward to a dialogue. Sally curated an ad-hoc exhibition for Open Space during her stay in Victoria, including works of artists she met during her residency. Sally hoped that anyone and everyone who was interested in having a discussion about their work would come to see her while she was in town.

The public was encouraged to meet Sally McKay on Saturday night, January 19 at 7:00 pm at Open Space. Sally discussed her practice and began making appointments for studio visits.

Sally McKay s office hours for drop-in visits: Wednesday and Thursday, January 23 and 24, noon to 5:00 pm. Appointments with Sally could also be made by calling Open Space at 383-8833.

Sally McKay was curator of the exhibition Quantal Strife, featuring the work of Scott Carruthers, Crystal Mowry and Marc Ngui, which opened Friday evening, January 25 at 8 pm.
